About the Platform

The Jersey Financial Services Commission seeks to constantly improve the way it interacts with the Industry licence holders and associated individuals.

This Portal is the first in a series of projects which will harness technology to make Supervisory processes more efficient and effective, and, thereby, streamline Industry overhead in providing necessary regulatory information to the Commission. The Portal will create an automated environment receiving information electronically from Principal Persons and Key Persons, and in future Industry licence holders, and allowing its dissemination and processing across the Commission.

Personal Questionnaire Forms are the first to be supported by this Portal, which seeks to automate the receipt of information needed by the Commission for the vetting of Principal Persons and Key Persons acting for financial services firms.
